FAQ

Shipping: 
All packages ship via USPS.

The processing time for shipping orders is 2-7 bussiness days. Please allow 7 bussiness days to recieve the item after shipment. For orders out of U.S please allow 14 bussiness days to recieve the item after shipment. 
(NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS)

Orders over $150 could take extra processing days. 
Nails:
Please allow 2-5 Days for  Acrylic Press On's to be made. 1-2 business days for shipping. Please allow 7 business days to receive item after shipment.

Do you offer returns?
There is no returns, exchanges or refunds. ALL SALES ARE FINALS.
We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages once it is shipped. Please contact USPS. 
Orders can not be modified or canceled once placed.  
Sellers Discretion:
Under certain circumstances if order is refunded there is a 10% restocking fee. 
30 Day Waranty:
Contact me in 30 days if you have any problems with the product you order. After 30 days there is nothing we can do about the product. 
Incorrect Address/ Non Deliverable: 
Your order will be shipped via USPS to the address you provide. Tracking numbers are sent to your email address as soon as soon as a shipping label is created. If you do not receive a tracking number, please let us know. Use your USPS tracking number to track your package in transit. Incomplete or incorrect address information is the major cause of shipment delays. Please check the address information on your order. Make sure you have included ALL the information (address, apt#, etc.) needed to deliver your package. If address is incorrect and package gets sent back to our department you will have to pay for shipping once again. If you would like it reshipped out please contact me I will send you a invoice to pay for shipping again.
 
Custom/Tax/Duty is customer's responsibility to pay the respective duty/tax in thier country. We are not resppnsible for any cusom/tax/duty. Please understand.
